Quality
Products are sourced to Forto Labs quality specifications and supported by third-party testing where available. Batch documents may include identity, purity, assay, sterility, endotoxin, or heavy-metal results depending on the product type and lab method.
Storage requirements vary by compound and format. Keep products sealed, protected from light, and stored according to the label, COA, or product documentation. Forto Labs products are sold for laboratory research use only.
A COA may include the test product, client, batch or lot number, testing date, method, specification, and result. Check that the test product matches the product listing and that the result column shows the batch passed the stated specification.
Use the COA page in the main navigation, or the COA button on supported product pages. If a matching COA is not shown for a product, contact help@fortolabs.co with the product name and lot details.
Shipping
We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days within the continental US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time due to regulatory considerations.
Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order is processed. If you do not see it, check spam first, then contact help@fortolabs.co.
Returns
Contact help@fortolabs.co with your order number within 30 days. Unopened products may be eligible for refund or replacement review according to the order condition and issue reported.
Research
No. All products sold by Forto Labs are strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or household use.
No. Forto Labs does not provide dosing, administration, medical, veterinary, or protocol guidance. Products are offered only for qualified laboratory research.
No. Topical-format products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not cosmetics, drugs, or products intended for personal application.
