These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Forto Labs affiliate, athlete, creator, and partner referral program. By joining or promoting Forto Labs, you agree to follow these terms, our Terms of Service, our Research Use Only policy, and all applicable laws and platform rules.
Program Overview
The Forto Labs affiliate program allows approved partners to share Forto Labs with qualified audiences and earn commissions on eligible referred purchases. Approval is not automatic. Forto Labs may accept, reject, pause, or remove any partner at its discretion.
Eligibility
Partners must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate contact and payment information, and maintain channels that are lawful, brand-safe, and aligned with research-use-only positioning. Forto Labs products are not promoted for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
Research-Use Marketing Rules
All public promotion must describe Forto Labs products as research-use-only compounds or laboratory research materials. Partners may not make medical, therapeutic, body-transformation, dosing, protocol, before-and-after, or personal-use claims. Partners may not imply that Forto Labs products are dietary supplements, medicines, foods, cosmetics, or approved for human or animal use.
Required Disclosures
Partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Forto Labs when posting affiliate links, codes, sponsored content, gifted product, or paid promotion. Disclosures must be easy to notice and comply with FTC guidance and the rules of the platform where the content appears.
Prohibited Activity
Partners may not use spam, misleading claims, fake scarcity, unauthorized coupons, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, trademark bidding, impersonation, scraped customer lists, or content that violates platform rules. Partners may not purchase through their own links or codes unless Forto Labs gives written approval.
Commissions and Attribution
Commission rates, discount codes, attribution windows, and payment timing may vary by partner and may be changed by Forto Labs. Commissions are earned only on eligible completed orders that are not refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified. Forto Labs may reverse commissions for returned orders, payment disputes, compliance violations, or misuse of the program.
Content and Brand Use
Partners may use approved Forto Labs names, images, links, and talking points only to promote the program in a compliant way. Forto Labs may request edits or removal of content at any time. By submitting promotional content to Forto Labs, partners grant Forto Labs permission to repost, reference, or use that content for brand and program purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination
Forto Labs may suspend or terminate participation at any time for compliance risk, brand risk, inactivity, fraud, policy violations, or business reasons. After termination, partners must stop using Forto Labs links, codes, claims, and brand materials.
Changes to These Terms
Forto Labs may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. Continued participation after updates means the partner accepts the revised terms.
