Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) and UPS Ground (3-5 business days). Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Forto Labs is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring after the carrier takes possession of the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Forto Labs is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If a package appears lost in transit, contact team@fortolabs.co and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
