Introduction

The BPC-157/TB-500 combination (known as the “Wolverine Stack”) is a synergistic dual-peptide blend designed to support tissue repair through complementary cellular mechanisms. BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis through VEGFR2 signaling while TB-500 enhances cell migration through G-actin regulation. With over 370 combined studies (200+ BPC-157 and 170+ TB-500), these are among the most researched regenerative peptides.

Mechanism of Action

VEGFR2 Pathway (BPC-157)

Promotes new blood vessel formation, increases blood flow to injured areas, and activates endothelial cell proliferation.

G-Actin Sequestration (TB-500)

Regulates cytoskeletal remodeling, facilitates cell motility and migration, and enables wound closure.

Anti-Inflammatory (Both)

Both peptides reduce pro-inflammatory cytokines and modulate NF-kB signaling through distinct pathways.

Research Findings

  • BPC-157 cell migration: 70% faster
  • TB-500 re-epithelialization: 61% faster
  • BPC-157 GHR upregulation: 7x by day 3
  • No LD50 established for either peptide
  • TB-500 Phase 1: zero serious adverse events at doses up to 1260mg IV

No formal combination clinical trials exist. Synergistic potential is inferred from complementary mechanisms.

Research Areas

  • Tendon & Ligament: BPC-157 fibroblast outgrowth combined with TB-500 cell migration
  • Wound Healing: Angiogenesis (BPC-157) combined with keratinocyte migration (TB-500)
  • Muscle Recovery: FAK/paxillin + actin regulation dual pathway support
  • Anti-Inflammatory: NF-kB modulation from both peptides
