Volume reference table.

This table converts reference mass to liquid volume at the calculated concentration. It is measurement math only—not a dose, protocol, or administration instruction.

The calculation

Transparent math.
No black box.

01
Concentration

vial mass (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL) = concentration (mg/mL)

02
Unit conversion

concentration (mg/mL) × 1,000 = concentration (mcg/mL)

03
Reverse mode

vial mass (mg) ÷ target concentration (mg/mL) = required diluent volume (mL)

Documented research materials

Forto supplies research-grade compounds, 6× tested per batch.

Questions / answers

Calculator FAQ.

What does this tool calculate?

It converts vial mass and diluent volume into laboratory concentration in mg/mL and mcg/mL. Reverse mode calculates the diluent volume required to reach a selected concentration.

Does the table tell me how much to use?

No. The reference rows only show the mathematical relationship between mass, volume, and a U-100 graduation scale. They are not dosing, protocol, or administration instructions.

Are my calculation values sent to Forto?

No. The calculation runs locally in your browser. Copying a share link places the values in the URL so you can choose to share them.

Does Forto recommend a laboratory solvent?

No universal solvent is recommended here. Solvent selection and technique must follow the product’s batch documentation and your organization’s validated SOP.
